As much as we want you to experience the YOLO health & wellness products, we do understand sometimes circumstances change. So if you are not satisfied with our product, Please let us know within 7 days after you receive the product to our support email at [email protected] We will provide you with our return authorization and also shipping destination. Simply return us the product in original packaging condition, and we will be happy to reimburse the full cost of the product, minus the shipping.
Please do not return the product without the authorization from us as we will not be able to properly locate and handle your return package. We recommend that you ship the return package via the registered mail, e.g. LBC, J&T Express and HomeExpress for your protection and higher reliability. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your orders and We are sorry that the shipping fee incurred to ship the product to you is not refundable.
After the product reaches our return centre, we will need to ascertain that product is new and in original packaging. After the verification is completed, The YOLO Company will then commence the refund process. Please note that the refund process might take 7 – 10 working days to complete. Your fund will be credited back to your credit card / PayPal account depending on the mode of payment that you used.
The YOLO Company reserves the right to reject the return and refund if the product has been used or not in the original packaging condition.
Lastly, if your total shipment is over $50, We recommend you to use a reliable shipping courier, or that you purchase the insurance for your package. As incidents do happen, we are not responsible for any lost packages.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 – 10 business days we recommend you to contact your bank and/or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially credited back to your account. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. Your tracking information will be sent via email when your order has been processed.

Error in Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing sufficient and accurate shipping address (including street address, block and unit number, or postal code). The YOLO Company will not be responsible for undelivered goods as a result of error in the information you provided.

We will do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience, if your order has not reached you within 14 days of processing, please email [email protected] with the subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number so we can assist you.

Free Standard Shipping for purchase Over US $50
We offer free standard shipping on international orders over US $50.00 before tax (with certain exclusions). Please note this does not include any taxes, duties or fees applied to your shipment.
Taxes & Duties
All orders are shipped from our PH warehouse, taxes will be applied at checkout where applicable. International orders are shipped from China. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival.
When ordering from yolo.com.ph the recipient is responsible for these import fees and should comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible so unfortunately cancellation requests cannot be considered. Please take extra care when selecting your items.
Please allow up to 21 business days for shipping to US territories, P.O. Boxes, FPOs and APOs. (Shipping to P.O. boxes, FPO or APO addresses is only available within the US).
If your chosen delivery address is a Shop & Ship Address, please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been delivered to your Shop & Ship address.
